Rice Rolls


These one are filled with a tempeh salad mixture (finely chopped tempeh, chopped celery, a bit of mayo, nutritional yeast, capers, hemp seed, sesame seed, chopped chives and a sprinkling of black pepper), shredded red cabbage and some mixed lettuces. The garnish is a sprig of chocolate mint.
